Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 per apartment home. There is a $500 pet fee per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet.
Breed restrictions apply: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, and Wolf-hybrid are not permitted (except for qualified assistance animals). Maximum pet weight is 100 lbs. PetScreening is used for all pets. A pet interview is required.
